Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.

No-Show Policy

If our team arrives at the scheduled appointment and the client is not present or has not provided access to the property, the full service fee will be charged.

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

While it's not necessary for you to be present, many clients prefer it for the first cleaning to provide access and specific instructions. If you cannot be present, we can make arrangements for key or code access.
